Materialities
CZARline relies on high-quality materials: sturdy aluminum frames, brilliantly printed fabrics using the sublimation process and individually selectable floor coverings.
All components are durable, reusable and perfectly coordinated – for a sustainable appearance with maximum visual impact.
Module frame
The modular principle is based on preassembled aluminum frames that act as the static foundation for full surface textile graphics.
The graphics, which are produced with silicone edging, are pressed into the joint of the modular frame profile. The frame modules are then connected to one another by connectors and thusly can be configured as required.
Sublimation printing
Our modular system is extremely well suited for use at trade fairs and events thanks to its full surface textile graphics. On one hand - transport, handling, and assembly can be optimized. On the other hand - they do not scratch, crease, and are even washable. And of course, the graphics provide excellent optics due to high-quality printing and color results.
Our textile graphics are produced using a thermal sublimation process. In sublimation printing, the dye, which changes directly from the solid to the gaseous state, is evaporated (sublimed) into the fabric. Furthermore, the directly dyed fabric fibers greatly improve the long-term color impression.
The advantages of this technology:

Unsurpassed quality: sublimation printing offers a contrast, an intensity, and an image sharpness that are second to none. The colors of the very wide color palette are bright and vivid, even at high density.

Non-reflective: The fabric treated with sublimation printing does not reflect light and thus prevents reflective spots on the graphic.

An environmentally friendly process: the water-based inks which are used are odorless and solvent-free.

The high quality print and color result enables long-lasting use.
Textile graphics

Tailor-made, full surface textile graphics for optimal tension on the modular frames

Silicone lips are sewn directly into the textile graphics and pressed into the joint of the modular frame profile

Textile quality: opaque textiles for optimal color reflection and maximum visual impact; translucent fabrics for light frames and illuminated structures

The print inks used on fabric graphics are 100% VOC emission-free (VOC = volatile organic compounds)

Fabrics and piping are PVC-free

Obsolete fabrics are recycled or upcycled and made into new products
Fusion of graphics and frames
All modules are connected to one another by seamless connectors so that no frame profile is visible. This creates a full visual system with maximum communication space. Your message is presented effectively, and your exhibition stand conveys a high-quality overall impression in corporate design.
